Chakras, 7 Major

We have 7 major energy centers, or Chakras. Each has a certain color that pertains to that Chakra. Chakras are like spirals of energy, each one relates to the next.

The First Chakra is the Base Chakra, RED

The Second Chakra is the Sacral Chakra, ORANGE

The Third Chakra is the Solar Plexus Chakra, YELLOW

The Fourth Chakra is the Heart Chakra, GREEN

The Fifth Chakra is the Throat Chakra, BLUE

The Sixth Chakra is the Third Eye Chakra, INDIGO

The Seventh Chakra is the Crown Chakra, Purple

My two most important Chakras are my Third Eye Chakra and my Solar Plexus Chakra. It is where my intuitive feelings reside. 

The BROW chakra or third eye is located in the center of the forehead.

INTUITION,  MYSTICISM, UNDERSTANDING

Related organs: eyes, lower head and sinuses

Endocrine gland: pituitary gland.

Associated problems: tension headache, migraine, visual defects, short-sightedness, long-sightedness, glaucoma, cataracts, sinus problems, ear problems.

Personality Traits: Intuitive, fearless, practical, idealistic, wise, and a truth seeker.

Indigo relates to self responsibility - You need to be responsible for one's own life, responsible to oneself to follow the soul's path and needs and trusting one's own intuition.

The SOLAR PLEXUS chakra is situated below the ribs.

WISDOM, CLARITY, SELF-ESTEEM

Related organs: liver, spleen, stomach and small intestine.

Endocrine gland: pancreas

Associated problems: diabetes, pancreatitis, liver disease, peptic ulcer, Celiac's disease, and gall stones. 

Personality Traits: Good-humored, optimistic, confident, practical, and intellectual.

Yellow is a creative color and relates to self worth. How we feel about ourselves and how we feel others perceive us.
